It’s been a while since we had a house meal all together… so I thought that I would make us some hearty pie and mash! I made a steak and Guinness pie for the meat eaters and a butternut squash and goats cheese pie for the veggie. When I took them out of the oven they actually looked pretty impressive… I didn’t actually want to cut into them! Both were really yummy… but my favourite had to be the veggie option! I love making pies… and not just for all the raw pastry that I love eating… honest!
